Thus the attempt to establish a formal training, if I do in the gym every morning at 7 clock before my art class. So this summer I will run through:
15 rows of body weight, body weight, 25 squats, 15 lizards, 50 jumps, 20 mountain climbers 10 close grip pumps and 15 rows of body weight. Later I will change a bit and have a goal that could be potentially
Pullups - 25 reps
Deadlift with 135 kg - 50 reps
Push-ups - 50 reps
24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
Floor Cleaner - 50 repetitions
One-arm clean and press with 36 pound Kettlebell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
tirelessly between the movements in 20 minutes made available. Can someone other proposals, training I have in my system? I used to supplement, not take complementary to whey proteins. I take Optimum Nutrition. I do not know how creatine and everything becuz chemicals and side effects.

It is a kind of do intensely in only twenty minutes. :)
I was born lucky, and with a fast metabolism, super. : DI can only be exported and not primarily abs and push-ups. Haha. If you can, please. :)
